Code of Business Conduct
Marathon Petroleum's Code of Business Conduct lays the foundation for good business decisions. No single document can list and explain every question or business practice. The words found throughout our Code including trust, respect, dignity and honesty form the foundation for good decisions. To further guide decision-making, the Company also has adopted policies for specific issues mentioned in the Code. Employees can find the Company’s policies on the corporate intranet. Some policies may be of interest to external parties.
To ensure employees know the company’s expectations, the Code is readily available on MPCConnect and employees are required to complete training on the Code, both at time of hire and every 24 months thereafter.
New employees and those who have not completed Code of Business Conduct training in the preceding 24 months will be assigned the training in Workday Learning. Employees must complete the training within 60 days of the date of assignment. Training will then be reassigned every 24 months.
